More Kysa Braswell R.I.P. Kysa was a beautiful (any way you want to define that word) deaf girl who maintained a wonderful, honest, sexy website about herself and all the problems and triumphs she encountered in her life. She may have predated what became known as blogs. I discovered her site about the same time as I discovered the BEA back in 1997 when I only had a modem connection at work to connect to the internet. I don't think I can do her life's story any justice, but in fairness, I have to tell you that she died a few years ago. Even though I could see it coming, it tore me up as much as losing Zasha and I had never even communicated with her. She had some kind of stroke in her head that caused intense pain and other problems. She spent the last few years of her life on an island near Nova Scotia, where she eventually died from complications caused by the stroke. Her website no longer exists (I just checked), even though it was maintained by a close friend of hers for the last few years of her life. I can post an image that I think is of her from her website.
